Turning into a Toddler...

Sigh. So the other day we got this free sample in the mail for the Enfamil toddler "milk" because soon it will be time to wean Jack off of formula, and bottles. I took one look at it and my eyes teared up. When did my little, newborn peanut become a toddler? He's such a big boy now in so many ways. Not only does he have his own little (adorable) personality, but he looks so much like a big kid now. His face is starting to change, and his hair has thickened up, and his muscles are getting stronger. His vocabulary is getting bigger and he is getting much more vocal. More often than not, he eats what we are having for dinner. He has no interest in purees anymore. He is growing up so fast, in so many ways, and it is so exciting for me...but it also breaks my heart. How have we already had this much time with him? I can't imagine how our life was without this little guy...and I am so excited to see what's in store in the next year. He's such a treat, and such a smart boy! We are so lucky and so blessed.
