This was their post-Halloween hangover. In hindsight, it was probably the beginning of the Crosby House Plague (more in a minute), but they both needed lots of rest after all the candy and craziness! |
Guess what opened in Sunnyvale? Chick-Fil-A! It even has a playplace. The kids are stoked. |
| ALL GONE. |
| Mouth full. |
After we had dinner one night, and breakfast the next, at Chick-Fil-A, we decided to hit PetSmart to waste some time and let the kids see the animals. They had this kids cart, and Caroline would NOT let it go! She seriously pushed it around the whole store 5 times (without hitting anything, pretty impressive.)
| And then this happened. Sigh. |
Since she's been sick, she's been sleeping with the humidifier in her room at night. Check out this hair!!! |
Jack talked Gigi into a toy…as long as it's a PRETEND bow & arrow, I'm okay with it. |
Caroline's love of pushing things around went to the park, with her play lawnmower. She had a blast. |
Playtime with Daddy, right before he went to immediate care for a sinus infection. |
The next day, Jack went in and got medicine for an eye infection and an ear infection. |
Caroline eventually went in too, with Gigi, but luckily she didn't have an ear infection - just a croupy, nasty cough and cold. |
| Poor girl. |
Even when they were sick, they still managed to have fun…or make a mess…. with crayola bathtub fingerprints. |
Poor Gigi got sick too, just from visiting our Petri Dish of a house (sorry!!) She tried to get these kids to take cute pictures, but to no avail. |
I escaped the funk at home and flew to Georgia on Wednesday to run with my mom in the Rock N Roll Savannah half marathon on Saturday (tomorrow, EEK!) We hit the Expo last night to pick up our bibs and race information. And take some goofy pictures...
