Welcome to California, Pop-Pop and SuSu!

On Friday night, we were very lucky and relived to welcome Daddy home from China! Phew! He made it before baby girl decided to come. We also were excited to pick up Pop-Pop and SuSu from the airport on Saturday night for their first ever trip to California!

It's been a busy few days. We had breakfast at our favorite local joint, played a lot, relaxed, took walks, and hung out. On Monday, one of the only days that the weather is supposed to be nice this week, we went to Happy Hollow (Jack's favorite park and zoo.) Jack loved showing his grandparents around, and Mommy spent a lot of time sitting down...

We spent a lot of time outside in the yard - it was gorgeous weather! Jack and Pop-Pop played football ... look at that form. What a great thrower!

 We also got really excited to wear our fireman hat and wait for Daddy to come home from work...

It has been amazing having help around the house, and someone to constantly entertain Jack. The week is flying by! I had a doctor's appointment this morning, and Mom went with me. The doctor checked me - not dilated at ALL!!! So sad, especially because I have been having crazy painful contractions lately. She gave me all the things to look for and to call about...so now, we just wait another week.
Either way, we will be welcoming baby girl TWO WEEKS from today!!!
